    Responsive host, but housekeeping and maintenance need improvement

    The host was courteous and responsive throughout our stay. When we shared our concerns after checkout, the host apologised, acknowledged the feedback and explained that corrective action would be taken. We appreciated the communication and willingness to improve.

    There were several housekeeping and maintenance issues during our stay. We encountered cockroaches in the upstairs master bedroom, found a bottle left on the floor, and noticed a torn curtain. There was also an exposed part of the sofa that injured my child’s foot. We hope the property can undergo a more thorough cleanliness and safety inspection before future guests arrive.

    "Love d Louvre"

    The homestay was spacious with good facilities.... The owner was kind as to accomodate our stay.... It was not far from our wedding venue... Thumbs up to the host

    I like everythng except for the many cars parked on the road nearby at certain hours.
