A charming house with beautiful views, but some disappointing surprises

The house itself was lovely, with a charming, authentic atmosphere. The interiors were pleasant, and the kitchen was generally well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi. The garden was beautiful, green and well maintained, and the surrounding mountain scenery was absolutely stunning.

Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay did not match the property description. We booked what was advertised as an entire house for four people, but discovered that the third bedroom was locked. When I asked the hosts about this, they explained that, as there were only four of us, the third bedroom was not available. However, when booking an entire property, guests should reasonably expect access to all advertised bedrooms and the freedom to choose which ones to use. The listing also mentioned three swimming pools, including an indoor one, whereas in reality there was only one outdoor pool. The electric kettle was not working, and the parking area was difficult to access due to a very steep incline, making it practical for only one of our cars. Another inconvenience was having just one bathroom for four guests, particularly as it was also the room containing the jacuzzi.
