Good location & included parking
Due to the floor to ceiling windows the morning sun made the main room very warm - there should be drapes on the one side to provide shade especially as the Sliding window was locked. In summer months I suspect this room would be too hot to use. Since the windows had to be kept open it was very noisy on weekend evenings

First class accommodation in an ideal location. You'll not be disappointed. You pay for what you get
The property is of a high standard with small expensive touches all over - the smells coming from the reed diffusers were lovely. Ideal size for 2 people - lots of storage space and we didn't think that anything was missed in the flat. The goody bag is a nice touch and includes everything you need and stuff you don't need! Ideal location and entry instructions were spot on - and these were provided well ahead of arrival. Great having a car parking space. Yes, the space is tight due to its location but nothing that the company can do about that. Best advice is to reverse in as you won't get out the driver's door due to the pillar. Location is ideal and you feel safe walking about the neighbourhood. Lots of places to eat and lots of take away places if you want to eat in the flat.
It is warm inside the flat. We were there second week in September and it was warm inside. Probably best to pull the curtains over the floor to ceiling windows and open a window before going out but the open windows will create traffic noise. There are lots of fans but we didn't use these. The sinks in the bathrooms are small and not much room to have toiletries out on show. There are drawers in the main bathroom. The shower pressure isn't fantastic given the shower heads are big but it's not a such a big deal. You will have had way worse in other accommodation.

A relaxing break - just needs more effective cooling!
Great location right in the heart of York. Very clean and lovely furnishings.
We experienced some very hot weather during our stay and it was difficult to cool the apartment. The bedroom fans are ineffective. Became very uncomfortable at times.
