    . Lack of engagement in one's job. Management needs to train their front staff to be more empathetic

    Comfortable beds. Polite staff. Adequate breakfast. Good housekeeping

    Coffee maker didn't work. Gave us another one. Safe did not work. Told them three times. Never never addressed it. All windows in the whole building have lost the seal so the condensation is bad and the windows are quite disgusting. When we addressed our concerns to the staff they just answered disconnectedly. I would like to see the staff respond with. I will address this with my maintenance man and he will be there at 10:00 tomorrow morning. Be more engaged with the customers issue. Remember that we are their boss. Think about what it would be like to be in the customer's shoes. Services. The only thing that differs between hotels. If they don't provide they won't get future business.
