The apartment is comfortable, clean, and there's a real effort to make you feel at home. It's well decorated, and the kitchen has everything you need. Even though the support is online, it's efficient. The apartment address doesn't exist on Grab, so the wait to contact the host made me spend more than 40 minutes at the airport. But just put another one next to it.

Booking.com states that there is an indoor pool. However, it doesn't mention that there's a ticket required... it's disappointing if you book with that assumption. There needs to be more clarity on this. The location wasn't a problem for me because my interest was in being close to Vinmec, but it's not ideal for those who want to explore the city. It's a quiet area with a few restaurants; there's an Aeon shopping mall nearby, but due to construction it's more difficult to get there on foot... by car. It's a 5-minute drive.
