    Lovely staff, very dog friendly, nice rooms, lovely town

    Having AI answer your calls is truly wrong. Not what luxury hospitality or in fact any hospitality is about. It was a terrible start to my stay but when we arrived the staff were wonderful. Do don't hide them behind AI please.
