  Sailors cottage.

  The garden was beautiful, however not very well maintained. The kitchen was modern & bright & felt very homely.

  It was filthy, there were cobwebs on the window sils & all around the house. The bbq was filthy despite us mentioning that we were going to use it. The patio furniture was filthy & the table had bird poo & old food on it despite having a cover. I requested for a cot to be left for my baby & one was however the mattress for it was covered in stains. There were hairs on the pillows & the step leading from the living room to the kitchen was broken & tried to be repaired with some sort of glue but that didn't work so well & so my children & family kept tripping on it. There were paint/ or food marks on the walls. Didn't like that we didn't have privacy leading from the house to the garden, which to start with we couldn't work out which gate it was to access it. Wasn't keen on the dining room table being so close to the stairs, the stairs are very narrow & my sister fell down them & almost into the table & has hurt herself quite badly. I took photos of everything so that myself & my family couldn't be blamed for any of the issues wrong. & also when I raised the issues I had I was asked not to mention it in my review & that I would be given £50 compensation & if I could leave a good review they would be grateful.

  Lovely cottage! Everything was clean and comfortable

  Pretty little cottage with enough space to fit 4 adults in comfortably. It looks newly refurbished and nicely decorated with plenty of facilities from pots and pans to a washing machine. There's a sweet little garden at the back with a garden table and chairs which we used as well as the hot tub. There was some noise from the busy road at the front of the house but that didn't bother us as it was quiet at night and the garden was very peaceful. Free parking was easy to find nearby and the cottage is situated in a convenient place at the top of Lymington high street.

  the cost of using the hot tub was a bit high but it was lovely and clean
