A super wonderful hotel with the absolute best staff.
We loved this hotel. The staff were exceptional. We felt they truly cared about our travel experience. So professional, yet kind and warm. We would definitely stay here again. The added touches, such as the tea and coffee service available all day and the snacks in the afternoon after a day of sightseeing were very nice.

Disappointing for the price
The best thing were the staff who were very helpful. Other than that the room we were in was on the ground floor, opposite the laundry and was very noisy (ear plugs were provided). It was dark and definitely in need of renovations. For the money we paid it was the worst room on our trip. The location was great, easy walk to the historic areas.
Noisy, unloved room, stained carpet and fraying cupboards

Nice little hotel. A bit expensive.
The staff were lovely. There was a small seating area where tea and coffee were available all day. The bed was huge. The shower was good. There was a pretty Japanese garden which the our bedroom overlooked. Great area for tourism.
When newly opened this would have been a gorgeous little hotel but our room was beginning to look a bit tired. Needs a bit of a spruce up considering it’s one of the more expensive hotels in the area.
