  We liked how spacious the accommodation was.

  The accommodation was not clean enough: the floors, furniture and walls were dirty. The door keypad was faulty, and the numbers were not visible.

  On the day of our arrival, we were informed that we could check into the apartment from 3:00 PM, yet the message regarding the additional £80 fee was not sent until 4:00 PM. We had received no prior notice of this extra cost, and we only obtained the exact address and entry code after making the payment. The host could not be reached by phone, which further complicated the situation. Although there were four of us, only three blankets were provided. The rooms were cold, the heating was not working, and there was no cutlery. Due to the unexpected extra cost, the difficult communication, and the lack of basic amenities, our stay was very disappointing.

  Caução

  O apartamento é excelente, muito espaçoso, moderno e confortável.

  Pedimos para colocar as malas antes do check in ao que responderam afirmativamente, mas depois não enviaram o código nem abriram a porta conforme combinado. Efetuei o pagamento da caução de 80 libras no ato do check in que era pressuposto ser devolvida depois de confirmarem o estado do apartamento, mas até agora não recebi esse valor de volta.

  El espacio es cómodo para 6 personas, limpio y facil de contactar

  No es muy cerca del centro de Londres, pero si es cómodo para no alejarse tanto del aeropuerto y tiene el metro a 15 minutos caminando
