    Perfect on all levels !

    Location was fantastic , facilities top notch . Off street parking is a bonus and the use of the hotel facilities was an unexpected perk. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment in the heart of kalk bay !

    Amazing location in a secure complex!

    Loved the location, security staff were lovely, gym and pool a great addition.

    A few things needed updating like the blinds and lack of extractor fan in the bathroom.

    Mooi appartement maar irritant spoor voor de deur

    Kalkbay is een prima uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten rond Kaapstad. We hadden een groot appartement geboekt voor ons gezin, maar werden een dag van te voren overgeboekt naar twee appartementen omdat de geiser stuk zou zijn. De vervangende appartementen waren comfortabel en naast elkaar gelegen. Je hebt uitzicht over zee en kan parkeren op eigen terrein.

    Bij aankomst hoorden we dat we waren omgeboekt omdat de eigenaar terug was gekomen en in het appartement verbleef we geloven het verhaal van de stukje geiser en kapotte vloer dan ook niet helemaal. Verder rijdt er elk kwartier een trein op 30m van het appartement, die luid toetert. Tot slot was de parkeerruimte erg krap om te bereiken met onze (grote) huurauto.
