Good location, nice swimming pool, short distance to everything

The location is good and you can walk around, to all shops and restaurants nearby. Nice to have a opportunity to wash the clothes and the swimming pool is good.

The apartment needs a little bit upgrading. Many things are broken, like the shower head, a chair and lacking of kitchen ware.
