    INCREDIBLY helpful and professional staff, excellent breakfast, one of the best locations

    The breakfast was by far the best I've experienced in any Berlin hotel - great selection, friendly hosts, made-to-order meals. the room was comfortable, the bathroom bigger than mine at home, and room service was especially good and efficient. The location cannot be beat.... steps from the U2 and bus routes, walking distance to the Mall of Berlin, the Brandenburg Gate, the Bundesrat, the Playce, Tier Garten, Victory Column, and more

    The only note I have is that the lobby is extremely small, so every time you walk in or out, everyone working sees you
