Arograntní personál není ochotný/schopný poslat fakturu mailem. Nakonec jsme donutili našeho hosta, kterému jsme pobyt platili jako firma, aby pro fakturu šel na recepci - nedali mu ji. Tento hotel nevystavuje žádné doklady. Okolí hotelu je....smrad, hovna, bordel. Z tohoto hotelu nejde vyjít ani 20 metrů pěšky, je to nebezpečné. Nic horšího jsme asi nikdy nezažili. Pobyt jsme ukončili předčasně.

L’hotel è elegante, accogliente e situato in un’ottima posizione, vicino a Union Square.
Durante il soggiorno la porta della nostra camera si è bloccata, impedendoci di recuperare i nostri effetti personali per ben quattro ore. Ci è stata assegnata un’altra stanza, ma siamo dovuti salire dalla hall alla camera originale almeno 6-7 volte, trascorrendo circa due ore in attesa nella hall. Eravamo appena arrivati da un lungo volo intercontinentale e, anziché riposarci, abbiamo perso preziose ore di sonno, con notevole stress e disagio. La responsabile della struttura è stata molto gentile e ci sono stati offerti colazione e un’altra stanza , ma riteniamo che la compensazione fosse insufficiente. Considerando che soggiornavamo soltanto due notti, sarebbe stato opportuno rimborsarne almeno una.
