Very welcoming and friendly staff plus an excellent breakfast.

Lovely rural Dorset pub. Excellent food, locally sourced. Staff very friendly. It is very rural, and that is its charm. Do be prepared for high hedgerows and single track roads but worth it when you get there.

Overnight stay was comfortable and friendly but accommodation not overly impressive. Several choices of food on menu and food quality good but portions were small.
