A lovely pub with rooms in the countryside near Stratford-upon-Avon. Spacious and comfortable room, clean bathroom, on-site car park. Highly recommended

Lovely location shame about the lack of staff during the stay ,have been coming here yearly but not again .
Nice location completely different experience from 12 months ago
No staff on reception throughout our stay, room not serviced throughout out stay ( no fresh towels or milk and tea for our second day and nobody on reception throughout our stay to ask. Also being asked to vacate our room by cleaner before check out time 😞 Unpleasant drain smell throughout stay and again in no one around to raise issues with

Would stay again if something was done to mattress quality
Very helpful in leaving a couple of rolls to take away as we had to leave before breakfast was served.
Very poor quality mattress. Springs sticking into us every time you moved. Maybe a quality topper would help.

The property was full of character very clean and uncluttered
The new owners were clearly but their mark on a lovely property with lots of potential. It was very nice and what we expected so nothing not to like
