It was clean, beds were comfortable, the master suites upstairs were roomy, very quiet, secure. Great for 4 friends get away.
Master suite on the first floor didn't have a closest.

BEST (surprise) accommodations we’ve ever visited in NOLA!!!
WOW!! We had to make this unexpected reservation last minute and BOY, it delivered. Extremely comfortable beds, attention to detail was above & beyond - this is more than a quaint hotel, it is a living love letter. Staying here opened up so many more possibilities to explore beyond the interior French Quarter. No need to over pack, there’s a brand new washer/dryer setup. Rouse’s market is a short walk to pickup supermarket needs for in between eating at fabulous restaurants. Check out Copper & Vine wine bar around the block. UBER was fast and got us to parts of the city that we would have otherwise left unexplored. THANK YOU, MARY BETH HOTEL!!!!

We would definitely choose the Mary Beth again.
We rented the 3 bedroom unit and were impressed with having 3 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. The unit was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable! There were several restaurants within walking distance, and the trolley to the French Quarter was close.
With three bedrooms and bathrooms, we would’ve liked to have three hairdryers available. There were only two so we had to share. Another area that could use improvement would be to clean up the trash around the back door. We parked in the lot directly behind the property and exited using the back door. Because the trash is directly on the ground, as you walk out the back door, this area should be kept clean.
