GREAT STAY, WELL LOOKED AFTER, WOULD STOP AGAIN.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The location does have a carpark, small but it's ok. My room was clean with a large bathroom, room 2. It is facing the road, not too much road noise. The bar area is very nice and the locals are very friendly. There is a little shop across the road should you need anything. I was staying because my partner was in The Royal Stoke Hospital, it's only a 10 min drive away. I had a few minor issues, not even worth mentioning really but after talking to the staff they were very very quickly rectified.

    Nothing at all.

The staff are so welcoming, very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the room was clean and as I'd expect.

Unpleasant due to extreme high noise level

    Free parking

Extremely loud music from the pub downstairs, karaoke playing from 7pm until 11:30pm. Unable to sleep, relax or hear myself think. I was very tired and had a long day but couldn’t rest due to noise level
