    Like the kitchenette. Clean

Valet was very slow. The bed sat too low to ground. Valet service was too expensive.

Great location, near a lot of restaurants, bars, other attractions.

Great location. Close to many things. Room has a small kitchen w/fridge, mw, sink, and Keurig. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Cool little bar in the basement, as well as a comedy club.

Because the hotel is close to a lot of nightlife and activity, it is noisy in the room late at night, until about 2-3 am. Even on the 7th floor you can hear everything. The valet is very slow. 20-30 minutes to retrieve your car. Even when dropping off your car, it may sit there a while before a valet comes to get it. There are only two spaces to drop off valet cars; if those are occupied where do you leave your car? To be fair, the valet is a separate company from the Maverick hotel and they share valet staff with another nearby hotel. Front desk staff is great, though they are not on-site from about 9 or 10pm to 7am. There is a number to call (I didn’t need to use it so can’t comment on response time). Not a problem if you don’t need anything overnight but something to be aware of.

    Well Maintained Hyatt Place

This Hyatt Place is so different from other Hyatt Place locations I have stayed in recently, its clean, new furniture, new carpet, well maintained and managed.
