    Lovely cocktails, lovely bar, spacial mum and daughter weekend before she got married

    I asked for a twin room., and didnt get one, booked months in advance, waa told as I booked with booking.com and not direct with the hotel the hotel could not accommodate that requirement, wanted a special weekend break with my daughter before she got married, was disappointed with the beds and palmed off as didnt book direct.

    One of the stuff from syrian origine was very helpful and did her best to accomodate us i am sorry forget her name and the stuff in concierge departement

    The whole experirnce was sad as i was a client of tgis hotel before and things were amazing it changed a lot and made iur first day in london horrible
