    It was absolutely lovely!

    I loved all the red! Loved the bathroom and makeup mirror! The location was great!

    No Netflix or prime to log into. We need a little downtime after all the walking and sightseeing and wish to watch some tv

    Very comfortable stay , friendly front office staff but quite expensive for what it is . I couldn’t get any special offe

    Corner suite room was a good size with fantastic view over St Pancras station . Interesting and unique decor with fun and quirky touches. Breakfast was excellent

    I paid the top rate and I felt it wasn’t really up to 5* standard even though the staff were friendly and trying hard. Decor was nice but perhaps starting to be a little bit tired and dated. Minor point: Housekeeping didn’t come and clean my room on my second day after I specifically asked it to be done before 11.30am. They didn’t turn up til 1.30pm.

    Great location. Something different.

    Very noisy. Windows did little to keep the street noise out. Safe didn't work. Room was very cold on arrival.
