Great location and value for money.
Quiet and comfortable, nicely appointed. Very convenient location.
The bed was a bit too hard.

Good base for visiting Edinburgh
- close to bus stop to go to Edinburgh city centre - nice rooms, clean and comfy - pub nearby with good quality/price options for breakfast and lunch/dinner
- after the booking process I don't like they keep sending links to collect my data and credit card outside Booking.com. there have been a lot of data breaches with booking.com and I didn't feel safe.
