    Good value for location

    Great location, ideal for arrival at Euston. Reception and check-in was smooth. Had a twin room. As others have commented, the rooms are quite small, but perfectly fine for a one night stay. Super comfy beds, nice bathroom with great shower. Breakfast, which was included, was adequate, fairly good choice of hot and cold food. Also ate in the restaurant, very impressed!

    Nice hotel, but the room and the beds were too small.

    Check-in was fast and simple. The area was nice and not too far from main London attractions plus it was not far from a Tube station.

    Room and the bathroom were tiny. The pillows were too hard for me. The bed was too narrow for a twin, but comfortable.

    Conveniently located property. Service and amenities did not meet our expectations

    Good location. Near public transport and within walking distance to the British Museum and restaurants.

    No mini-fridge although there was a space for one. The staff said that after the renovation they decided not to replace the refrigerators. Very small bathroom. We asked housekeeping for extra toilet paper as both my wife and I has colds but they removed this later in the day. The same thing happened with the coffee pods where we were given extra pods only to have them removed from the room later. We did take this up with the management who eventually resolved the issue.
