    Very helpful and polite staff, especially Bella. Lovely old worldly feel about the hotel. We happened to stay there when the very noisy and lively vegetarian festival was on in the old town. It was interesting to watch

    Room a little tired. Nice big shower but very disappointed the water was not hot.

    I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! SO beautiful and so hospitable. Their agent helped me navigate my excursions without asking. It was pouring rain when I arrived, and they pushed to make sure my room would be ready super early so I could shower and change before I left for my excursion. They checked in on me every time they got and even waved me off when I left! It was peak hospitality from beginning to end. I can’t recommend enough!
