    The room was great, comfortable and clean. Facilities were good, particularly the 2 pools. Close to shops, restaurants and trams. Would definitely stay again.

    The young guy that checked us in was polite, but didn't offer any information on arrival, basically just handed us the keys. However, the information sheet in the room was good. The WiFi was hit and miss. Although the pool was great the chemicals used seemed very strong and bleached certain clothing.

    Clean, friendly staff, great views and highly recommended.

    The staff were friendly and very helpful, the apartment was very clean, situated in a location with breathtaking views of the water. Residents was quiet and friendly,

    Really enjoyed our stay here, would definitely come back again :)

    Apartment was clean and tidy and had some basics to get you started like soap/shampoo/laundry detergent/dishwashing stuff. Great location and close to public transport. We were on level 11 and the view was amazing. There was air con in the living area as well as both bedrooms. Blackout curtains in the main bedroom were perfect for our sleeping baby during the day. Main bedroom also had its own balcony separate to the main balcony. We also arrived after hours and the after hours check in process was very easy.

    Only had a couple of little issues - bulb wasn’t working in the living room lamp and the shower head holder was broken in one of the bathrooms but both things were fixed very quickly by management.

    Perfection in paradise

    Great location and great size rooms for all the family.

    Was during renovations but noise and disruption was kept to a minimum so hardly noticed.
