    The highlight of our trip!

    An extraordinary resort. Beautiful in every way, architecture, landscaping, design, staff and food. Simply wonderful.

    The hotel itself was very comfortable, the pool area was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff consistently greeted us with warmth and hospitality throughout our stay.

    We encountered a series of recurring issues during our time: 1. Our room TV displayed an incorrect guest name upon arrival. 2. There was a noticeable stain on our bed sheets. 3. The pillows had an unpleasant odor. 4. We found a spider in our bathroom. 5. A baby crib was set up in our room without a mattress. We acknowledge and appreciate that your team acted promptly to address and rectify each of these issues once they were reported. Nevertheless, experiencing so many basic oversights in a single visit did not meet our expectations, especially given The Meru Sanur's standing as a luxury property and the premium rates charged. While we received a plate of dessert as an apology, we felt that given the nature and frequency of these shortcomings, a more appropriate gesture of service recovery was warranted.

    The meru was wonderful ,,breakfasts beautiful ,,and all the staff were so friendly and respectfull.

    Last minute booking at the Meru was exactly what this tired mumma needed. Amazing location, great for kids, pool is beau

    Walking into this hotel is out of this world. Felt like a mix between a White Lotus hotel meets architecture from Dune

    Some rooms are a little far away from brekkie and main pool - didn’t mind as I needed to get my step count up to counter all the amazing pastries I was having at breakfast. Shower pressure could be better - I’m just looking for things really though
