    We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur! The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was excellent—within walking distance of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

    Disturbing Experience overall

    Location is fantastic and there is a 24hour middle-eastern food place right next door with amazing variety of foods and drinks. And check-in process and staff are very nice and friendly. They provided clear instructions and the process was smooth. Daily housekeeping is also provided which helped because our room was not done up properly when we checked in. But this was fixed on the 2nd day with monitored housekeeping.

    Day of check-in, the towels and bed linen had a distinct used stink. Also the shower gels, shampoos and handwash were not filled up. This was fixed during the next day housekeeping, but it should have been taken care of when we checkedin. Also, one of the towels given after completion of housekeeping was stained, so could never be used. Water gathers on the bathroom, so drainage system is not properly done. Property is a bit run down and it shows. What I also found most offensive was that while I still had 1 more night stay left in my booking, the management team started sending me emails and whatsapp messages to tell me what time is checkout that same day. I had also requested and obtained approval for late check-out before checking-in and this was completely overlooked by the check-out people. There is no coordination amongst the team members and this is very offensive to the point of being insulting. Because of this attitude of pushing people out, I will not choose this team to stay at the Mews again. Also, next door neighbor (from Asia....) very loud after drinking and banging doors.....really disturbing experience overall.
