Veliko razočaranje i vrlo neprofesionalan odnos prema gostu. Smještaj smo rezervirali tri mjeseca unaprijed. Dan prije dolaska kontaktirali smo objekt, dobili točnu lokaciju i dogovorili sve detalje. Čuli smo se i na sam dan dolaska te smo, budući da još nismo mogli ući u apartman, ostavili prtljagu u ormariću kraj apartmana i to dodatno platili. Nakon toga nam je putem Bookinga stiglo otkazivanje rezervacije zbog prebukiranosti, bez ikakvog izravnog kontakta iz smještaja. Kada smo ih sami kontaktirali, rečeno nam je da je pukla cijev i da je zato rezervacija otkazana. Bez obzira na razlog, ono što je potpuno neprihvatljivo jest da nas nitko nije pokušao kontaktirati, pronaći nam alternativni smještaj ili barem pitati jesmo li se uspjeli snaći. Do trenutka otkazivanja sve je bilo dogovoreno i mi smo već bili stigli u Rim. Razumijemo da se kvarovi mogu dogoditi, ali način na koji su se ponijeli prema gostima bio je krajnje neprofesionalan i bez ikakve odgovornosti. Nakon tri mjeseca unaprijed napravljene rezervacije, ostaviti gosta na dan dolaska da se sam snalazi za novi smještaj nije prihvatljivo. Ne bih ponovno rezervirala ovaj objekt niti ga mogu preporučiti.

The apartment is located in very quite street, even if it's very close to Vatican. It was very clean, better then in pictures and Michela is a great host. We were a bit worried about the front doors directly to the street, but this was not an issue at all, we felt realy good and safe during the stay. We apprecited the coffe,sugar and other things at the apartment. Next time in Rome I will for sure try to book the same apartment ;)

Micaela was very understanding and easy to communicate with. We got all the information we needed before we left home. Apartment is very modern and keeps fresh during the day. We looked forward to returning in the evening after a day in the sun.
