The palace need update it’s looking very poor inside the hotel room and it’s very bad smell in the rooms and the window

Works if you're passing through and need to stay close to the airport. I got what I paid for.
Price & close to the airport.
Travel time from hotel to the London Eye was more than 1hr drive. Everything is close by, but drive time is horrible.

Nice stay close to Heatrow
The property itself is very nice: the room was classic, clean, and well-maintained, with a great bathroom and shower. The pub downstairs is wonderful, super cozy, and they serve a really delicious traditional English breakfast. The only major issue was the room temperature. Staying there in June during a hot spell, the lack of air conditioning made the room extremely warm day and night, making it very hard to get a good night's sleep. However, I want to highlight how understanding the owners were. After discussing the issue, we managed to come to a fair mutual agreement. Even though it took some time to wrap up, they kept their word and proved to be honest and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, summers in the UK are getting hotter, so hotels there should really consider installing proper air conditioning, otherwise the guest experience will suffer, Booking.com customer support was a disgrace for me this time...
