Mismanaged Property Despite Beautiful Setting
Beautiful and comfortable place in a magical setting. Stunning view from the rooftop and a great Jacuzzi. The transfer booking via WhatsApp worked flawlessly, and the property manager was very responsive through WhatsApp.
This is not a hotel—there’s no reception, no luggage assistance, and the welcome was lukewarm ("Hi, this way") from the property manager who picked us up from the van he had arranged. For €700 a night, you don’t even receive a bottle of water. It’s hard to understand why someone would choose to work in hospitality with such a lack of care for the guest experience. We stayed for two nights in a suite with two bedrooms. The AC in our kids' room was broken from the start, but the property manager insisted it was likely a user error on my part and said he would check it the next morning. That night, the AC in our own bedroom failed as well and began beeping like a fire alarm at 3 AM. I couldn’t reach anyone for help, and we got no sleep at all. Eventually, I fixed the AC myself the next morning by locating the breaker box—hidden behind a painting—and resetting the power. After wasting a lot of time on phone calls and WhatsApp messages, their only offer was to move us to another town outside of Oia (!), which would have meant losing a night and missing out on what we actually came for—so we refused. Instead, they provided a rollaway bed, and the four of us ended up sleeping in the same room—including our 16-year-old daughter and our son. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. I requested a full refund but received nothing, even though the property manager acknowledged the issues in writing. I will be initiating a chargeback via Amex.

Enchanting Stay with Breathtaking Views in Santorini!!
Our stay at this property in Santorini was truly enchanting. From the moment we arrived, the view from our balcony took our breath away. We were greeted with the endless blue of the sea and the iconic caldera. It was especially delightful to enjoy this view from the jacuzzi, particularly at sunset. The property boasts stunning Cycladic architecture and consists of two separate spaces, providing the privacy we were looking for within our group. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to the heart of Oia and convenient access to the main road connecting Oia with the rest of the island. This made getting around hassle-free and efficient. We would like to extend our gratitude to the property manager Dimitris, who made our check-in process seamless and offered us valuable tips about the island whenever we needed them. We can't wait to come back in September!
