Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit Policy The hotel requires a security deposit of INR 1,500 per night to cover any incidental expenses during the guest's stay. For guests paying by credit or debit card, the hotel will obtain a pre-authorisation for the applicable amount at the time of check-in. For guests paying by cash , a refundable security deposit of INR 1,500 per night will be collected at check-in. Any unused cash o deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out, subject to verification of incidental charges. Any unused pre-authorised amount will be released upon check-out; however, the time taken for the funds to reflect in the guest's account will depend on the issuing bank's policies and processing timelines. If a security deposit is not provided, all incidental charges must be settled directly at the point of sale and cannot be charged to the guest room account.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
