    An exquisite experience that exceeded our expectations.

    A traditional, comfortable, smart, sophisticated and personal experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. It was a lovely experience.

    Welcoming hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location

    We were made very welcome at check in by friendly receptionist. The room was small but cosy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room overlooked the street but we were not troubled by traffic noise. The hotel was in a great location just around the corner from the British Museum.

    Un super séjour

    L’emplacement central dans Londres est un véritable atout. Le personnel est très attentionné et à l’écoute. La literie est vraiment remarquable.

    Malheureusement nous avons eu un bruit de grincement à l’étage supérieur toute la nuit, ce qui nous a empêché de dormir convenablement.
