Disgusting !!
Absolutely horrendous !! The food was at best tasteless .. a " delicious" burger it certainly was not !! And the bubble and squeak was quite simply cremated .. when I complained that it was inedible, the only response was .. I'll pass it on to the chef !! A never to be repeated experience !!!

Golden wedding meal for 21 family members
I booked a meal for 21 people on Saturday 13th September. tables were laid out the waiting staff were waiting for us polite and very pleasant . All the meals arrived very close together and were all hot well presented and enjoyed by everyone. The deserts went down a treat and people are talking of going back. I can highly recommend the Moon and Sixpence. I am so pleased I opted out of a cream tea party little difference in cost at a garden centre to a 3 course meal. At the moon and sixpence. Fabulous from start to finish.

Excellent Sunday Roast
Top place Tony. Okay, surroundings need an update fair enough, BUT always booked up for Sunday lunch & have to say it’s absolutely excellent & that’s why it’s always booked up in advance. Always get a fab meal here. Staff friendly, served by Kaya lovely waitress, Tony & his wife Christine are the owners & are very particular & want to please & can’t do enough for you. The Sunday roast is just perfect with plenty amount of meat & great roasters, home made Yorkshire pudding & perfectly cooked veg. Dog friendly, lovely view upstairs but book in advance as popular & upstairs outside on the balcony is great on a sunny day. Drinks fair price & they do good a good choice & beer choice.

Superb
Popped in for Sunday roast 25th May after a walk. Was not disappointed it was superb and plenty of it! I would probably say the best I’ve had in a long time. The young staff were friendly and efficient. Couldn’t fault. I would go as far to say I would travel from the far side of Bristol just for this.
