    Great location, great views.

    The location was great with breathtaking views.

    The beds were comfortable and the linen was crisp and clean which was lovely. I did find the house was not particularly clean as found food smeared on tables and hairs still around the bathroom and cutlery had to be rewashed. The house had multiple fragrant dispensers which were extremely offensive for people with allergies so did have to place the 5 outside. I also found the septic to be a concern as toilets blocked and found that the cleaning products being used were not grey water safe which may be impacting the health of the system. The house was in a great location but maybe the use of more environmentally friendly, non toxic cleaners could be utilised as the vanilla kitchen cleaner was also Overpowering.

    Very enjoyable stay in a quality property.

    The position of the home with view to “The Hazards” & easy walk to shops, beaches and lookouts; the quality of the property with inclusions making it very comfortable & easy to relax; the kitchen was very well appointed with cooking utensils etc making it easy to prepare great meals.

    Had to leave.

    We all loved staying at The Moorings and will definitely be back again.

    Outstanding location. Beautiful house and decor was lovely. House had a great feel/vibe. There was plenty of heating and the realistic electric fireplace was a great feature. The view from the deck and the main bedroom was breathtaking.

    There were no sponges/wipes to clean benches or wipe down sink areas or a dish brush to do small loads of dishes. Shower heads were large but hot water pressure not great.
