    The Moose was a Home Away from Home.

    Nice area, love to see beautiful Victorian homes. I liked the home-like feel and the gated property gave a feeling of safety. Great toiletries provide although I brought and used most of my own.

    The bed and sofa, although a modern look as far a decor goes, were not comfortable. There was an odor, like dirty laundry or body odor, I first smelled it on the bedside closest to the wall and then when sitting on the sofa. Invest in a steamer to sanitize the pillows mattress, area rugs, and sofas periodically.

    Great value with friendly staff we interacted with.

    Excellent location for our purposes, exceeded our expectations in appearance and comfort.

    We did not care for the low height of the bed though it was very comfortable.
