    Good place for a large group

    Well equipped and great that each room had its own bathroom

    Not easy to park as in a built up area and some roads were parking permit only. Also whilst this property was nice, the neighbours were not. There was no noise at all from them so no issue but it was a bit of a surprise when the outside area didn’t match the interior standard.

    Great location, very nice house and perfect for the NEC.

    Really nice decor throughout, very clean, great location for the NEC and local National Trust houses. Easy to drive around Coventry to get where we needed to go. Parking is fine down Counden Street (a couple of streets away, not far). Felt safe and met some lovely people in the neighbourhood.

    No chance of parking outside the house, which meant lugging the bags in and out, but Counden Street was fine.

    Perfect for contractors or professionals or a group night out

    Working togeather all day it's great to have your own space with a tv and ensuite in every bedroom

    I found no faults I have stayed a few times and found it excellent

    Lovely house, well taken care of and furnished beautifully!

    The house has 7 beautifully clean double bedrooms and bathrooms perfect for our large family of 14.

    The outside of the property is absolutely awful with everyones stinking bins lining the streets. There is no living room but thankfully the weather was good so we could spill out into the garden for drinks, the kitchen is not big enough for 14 guests.
