    Staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Location is further out of main Ubud so it’s very peaceful.

    Nothing really, remembering to order the breakfast and the time you want it the night before isn’t something I’ve had to do before but the staff do remind you so it’s fine

    We got to the property after a 30 hour travel day only to be told they are fully booked with the confirmation letter in hand. This was after asking when we can make payment prior to travelling only to be told we can pay at the hotel upon arrival. Worst experience ever and no accountability at all for the distress of having sat at the reception for hours.

    Great Stay in Bali

    Super spacious room with a very clean bathroom (hot water worked perfectly, and great water pressure). Our linens were changed regularly. Staff were friendly (Nada and Ravi were very helpful during our stay). A few eateries, and a convenience store in proximity. We were very happy with our stay - first time in Bali.
