Assigned wrong room, blamed Expedia even though Expedia has correct room assignment. Noisy, can hear adjacent rooms

The old bag in the restuarant bar was rude and overcharged me for food and drinks. She was sarcastic and jaded.

Absolutely love the property, we love this hotel as a staycation and it’s a perfect getaway from Sacramento. The only downside of our recent stay it’s the service at the pool area, we were charged a 21%room service everytime we ordered + the service was very slow. Overall we love staying at this location and this may be a one-of experience.
