Très bonne expérience - hôtel à la hauteur des attentes

**A rare place full of heart**
I booked the Naha Terrace because of all the warm reviews, and it still surpassed what I had expected. Yes, the style is very much the 90s. For me, that is exactly its charm. The hotel comes from a time when people put real care into every detail, something we are only now learning to value again. You notice it in every corner, and it gives the whole house a warmth that made me feel at home from the very first evening. Coming back after a long day in the city felt like coming home. This nostalgic atmosphere almost made me a little sad, because places like this have become so rare. Please keep it the way it is ❤️ And the staff are wonderful. I have never met such kind and attentive people in any hotel. Every encounter, however small, felt personal and genuine, and it is the people who turn a beautiful hotel into a place you carry with you long after you leave. Thank you for these days in Naha. I will remember them for a long time.
It would be very nice to have Vegan an Vegetarian Options in all three Hotels. In Busena Terrace was not one dish for lunch

Comfortable and luxurious stay with lovely pool.
Beautiful and great service. Reception staff were very helpful when booking the limousine bus.
They need to put milk in the rooms for those people who drink English tea. Also they need to make guests aware of the shuttle bus. The preorder breakfasts were disappointing and there was zero flexibility with adding an egg to a breakfast.
