The best stay in Devon
The Nest was really well equipped, very clean, comfortable and set in a stunning location. Felicity the host is fab.

Perfect
The Nest is a haven in the Devon countryside. The place is peaceful but only a short distance from Modbury, which has a co-op, a post office and a take away to name a few. Very private and peaceful - the only sounds, most of the time, were the various birds singing away. There is a deck out back with a table and chairs and a grill. We spent most of our evenings out there. Two of the photos are the view from the deck. It is very much a home from home, clean and comfortable. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided by Felicity. From fluffy towels to loads of DVDs, games and books. Felicity also provided a welcome pack, consisting of muesli, milk, juice, crisps, lemonade and marmalade. There is a coffee machine with several pods. Toiletries and clothes hangers, blankets, slippers and beach towels. Plenty of tourist leaflets - the Nest is located conveniently for the South Coast of Devon - we visited Salcombe, Totnes, Dartmoor and Dartmouth.We would wholeheartedly recommend the Nest and would stay again if in the area.
The only negative was the Wifi wasn't working, due to storm damage to the line and the difficulties in getting BT Openreach to act.

The accommodation was very well presented and extremely well-equipped for self catering accommodation. The welcoming food and drink packages were a very nice added bonus. Felicity, the host, was lovely, welcoming and friendly.
There was nothing to dislike about this property.

A charming bolt hole for peace and relaxation in comfort 😊
A warm welcome awaited us at The Nest which was in a lovely location. The accommodation was exceptionally clean with lots of thoughtful touches included in this charming self catering cabin. Lovely bright bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and relaxing living room and a great outdoor space with fabulous views. Lots of information regarding where to eat and places to visit, along with numbers for local amenities which was really useful. A delightful stay.
