Great
You have everything you need if you stay for a few days. There are 3 very good restaurants just 300 meters away each. The host is super nice, you can park your car inside the building.

Very unpleasant night in small smoky room with no windows and smelly bed covers. We left early in the morning.
It was relatively close to city and in a quiet neighborhood. Has AC and parking;
Very small and no windows that could be opened; heavy cigarettes smoke from hallway did not let us sleep; bed covers do not get washed and smelled; no tea, coffee, or anything else; shower curtain fell.
