Good location, great host. Couple of things not ideal but done the job.

Location, host was great when TV wouldn’t work & he helped resolve.

House had a really strong odour of cigarettes. Freezer totally frozen over so couldn’t use the freezer at all.

Disappointed by let down and kids left upset

Location was close to Blackpool no complaints but the neighbour was rude on arrival seen us get out of cab and slammed door very nastily she wasn't a nice person

That the plug on jacuzzi was missing and the shroom we was given didn't work and no one had the luxury promised but we paid for it ,no clean towels over 4 days and had to request what to do with rubbish the owner did arrange collection
