Good location, but not worth the price.
Great host, clean apartment, walk to the beach and restaurants.
Older building - ceiling is paper-thin, and every step, scrape and bump from the unit above is echoing in your skull. And when someone stomping up and down the stairs outside, you can feel it. Street is busy, but not so bad at night. For.partial ocean view, you have to step out on the sidewalk. Also, the alley parking is pretty tight - don't bring a large car.

The location is great, walk to the beach and pier, coffee shops and restaurants just minutes around the corner. On-site parking is steps from the apartment. The host was responsive and addressed issues.
Wrong address provided during check-in, no EV car charger as advertised, heater had issues.
