Room appeared clean but bathroom was not; towels piled on floor. No one on premises. After calling all numbers available, the response resulted in a room different and smaller than one previously booked. We are OK and appreciate the sincere apology but are disappointed with not finding room ready

Wonderfully decorated. Nice lakefront restaurant on site. Live music. Definitely will return.
