I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone.
The property is in a beautiful location The Afan Forest, the property has everything you need for your stay. The layout is very good.
It’s not a dislike, but the whole property needs a bit of TLC in order for it to be look great. The white paint work is showing signs of needing improvement. Overall it is well maintained.👍

Horrible, smelling of mustiness.
Nothing
This was one of the worst accommodations we have ever stayed in. As soon as we entered the apartment, we immediately noticed a strong smell of dampness and mold. The unpleasant odor was present throughout the entire apartment, including the towels and bed linen. The photos in the listing are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The pictures show a beautiful garden, but upon arrival we discovered that there was no access to it. A neighbor we asked confirmed that there was no entrance and that the garden did not belong to this apartment. Another major disappointment was the location. The apartment is situated right next to a very busy road. The bedroom and living room windows face directly onto the street, and there is a bus stop only a few meters away. The noise is so intense that it is practically impossible to open the windows. There is also no parking available. There are construction works taking place behind the wall, which was also not mentioned or shown in the listing. The view from the windows has nothing to do with the photos presented in the advertisement. The building itself appears neglected and dirty. About 10 minutes after check-in, we wanted to cancel our stay. The owner agreed to refund only 50% of the cost, provided that we immediately left the apartment. Ultimately, thanks to the help of Booking.com, we received a 50% refund of the price (excluding taxes) and had to find another hotel. We do not recommend this place. In our opinion, the description and photos do not match reality, and the standard of the apartment was far below expectations. We strongly recommend carefully reading other guests’ reviews before making a reservation.

Enjoyed our stay.
It was in a good area for visiting lots of places. It was spacious and had everything you needed. The kitchen was modern.
It looked like a flat on the pictures but the kitchen was on the ground floor and the dining area was in the living room up a very steep and high step flight of stairs without a gripable hand rail. The pictures must have been taken a while ago .The bed was not the most comfortable. None of the doors closed properly. The tumble dryer didn’t work.

Short but wasn’t the properties fault. a good location for what we needed
The view from the back was stunning and there was everything you needed in the kitchen and there were lovely clean towels.
No parking but to be honest wasn’t a real problem as you just park as near as you can but be careful of the badge bays.. Needed more fans as it was very hot because you spend more time up stairs. Light switches were a little bit confusing up stairs. Thankfully we were not drunk when we got back.😁 Considering the road outside is a 20 mile an hour zone, it was more a like a race track all night and had to close the windows to cut out the noise.
