Nice hotel - poor booking service
Lovely little place, very clean and peaceful. Booked via Hotels. com for 2 adults 1 child in 1 room. upon arrival we were told this was not the case and we would have to pay for an additional room and put 1 of our party seperate. We had little choice due to time and availability. The hotel advise this has happened before and that Hotels. com are to blame as it has happened a few times. With this knowledge, I'd have expected the hotel to pi k up. on this and contact the customer. 2 days of calls and fobbing off and I have a refund from Hotels. com. A lovely hotel but be cautious of you're a family group.

The staff and the pub was excellent and the facilities were great. It was clean. The room was nice and the view was really nice. Parking literally next door. The breakfast was really good and well priced. Overall really appreciated and definitely recommend this place.

Very happy with our stay, only suggestion is that the room could do with a couple more bits of furniture (another bedside table & a rail for hanging clothes or wardrobe ). Fantastic views of the valleys
