Money stolen, never again
Nice facilities, and I think for the price, I got my money's worth. Or at least I had thought so, if the issue hadn't happened.
First, the staff try to be nice, but it feels a bit too much. I can see they're trying so hard to please, and smile, but since they're forcing it, I felt awkward around them. I don't know if that's because of what happened tho. So the issue is the following: I had brought with me €2000 for my trip, and noticed the hotel safe was not working. After checking in, I fell asleep and in the morning, left to explore a bit. Little did I know, when I came back, €200 was missing from the €2000, and I noticed house keeping had entered there. After contacting the hotel reception, they told me they were going to check it, so they checked the cameras, told me the only ones who entered there were the cleaners, they said they didn't do anything, and there was nothing they could do. Funny part is: 1- cleaners are teams of 2, and there were 200 missing. 100 for each, I'm guessing. 2- when I mentioned the situation, the person told me I should have placed my money in the hotel safe. When I said the hotel safe wasn't working, they said I should have let them know. The thing is.. I went out early, didn't even have time to say anything. Also, why should I expect to be robbed inside my hotel room? 3- 200 from 2000, they didn't take everything, they took a "small" part hoping I wouldn't notice. Conclusion: they didn't do anything successfully to help me, just confirmed what I already knew: the people who got inside my room was housekeeping and me. Anyways, I hope this money can help those who took it. In the end, nothing I can do since it's my word vs theirs so I'll do the one thing that I can, which is let others know to be careful in this hotel.

The Night Hotel is a great name and a good place to stay
Near a very good clinic on Sok San Road. Near the night life but not so near the night life you can't sleep

Staff gentile, preparato e sempre disponibile. Ottima posizione con possibilità di raggiungere le strade principali con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Colazione semplice ma curata e molto comoda la piscina interna all'hotel. Super rapporto qualità/prezzo!! :)
