    After an initial rocky start due to a booking problem we enjoyed our stay at the villas

    Good location over the road from the pub. The hosts were good with communication once we discovered there was a problem with the booking.

    Our booking didn't go through properly and when we arrived it took a number of phone calls to our host sort out. They went out of their way to sort out the booking and for that we are very grateful as their was very little other accommodation available for the dates of our stay.

    Host double booked to get peak holiday rates and waited until I arrived at property to tell me.

    I booked this property 6 months in advance and paid host full amount 3 months in advance. We communicated via Booking.com messages. I arrived in Exmouth and rang the host for the lockbox code. She then informed me that she had not booking for me. That there was no booking made via Booking.com and the villa was currently occupied. This left me in Exmouth in peak season (July school holidays) with no accommodation.
