Highly recommend this property.
The view is the best part- breath taking. Fully absorb the area and relaxation. Awesome location too- very walkable. And front door parking and access to property- another tremendous perk.
Kitchen - great. Living room and Bedroom furniture should be higher end for the product and price. Bathroom finishes should be higher end as well- fully tiled

Exceptional
The accommodations enhanced our visit to Duluth due to both the location itself and the standards maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed being walking distance from the Fitger complex, two pharmacies, and a solid grocery store. The Canal Park area was I only a 20-min. walk from this location.
The duvet should have a cover for the pull-out couch. It is only a matter of hygiene. While the in-unit washer-dryer combination offered the comfort of laundering this piece, the cover relieves apprehension and ensures that guests need not launder as a surety.
