  Location . There are metro and bus stops nearby, it's convenient to get to the centre.

  Housing is not worth the money. One bedroom was normal, and the other was as small as possible, impossible to turn around, terrible creaking bed, impossible to sleep. There's also a boiler in the room. The water must be heated in advance (turn on the boiler), at least an hour in advance, otherwise there will be no hot water. The stains on the carpet, it was disgusting to look at. Everything is absolutely old. The check-in and parking instructions are not quite clear. In general, we were not satisfied. We won't book this accommodation anymore.

  Stenchy appartment needing complete refurbishment

  The appartment is well located from underground and the local shops. Neighbourhood is family-like and chilling. Beds are comfortable and the sheets are clean. Rather quite appartment/neighbouhood.

  Many things. First of all, the appartment reeks of mold and dampness. Keeping windows open, dehumidifier being turned on as well as the scented stcks do NOT help the situation. Shower phone has multiple cracks sparkling everywhere in all directions leaving the bathroom wet everywhere. Although the appartment is for 4 persons, there were only 3 chairs. After immediate contacting of landlord on the missing chair we got the answer that they will try to get the 4th chair. No answer and no chair in the following 7 days during our whole stay. The appartment needed thorough cleaning, not just the beds and bathroom. E.g. windows were awfully dirty!

  A localização é ótima. Tanto de transportes como comércio tínhamos tudo pertinho. A casa é agradável e embora o aquecimento esteja num dos quartos não acho que o barulho seja algo grave.

  A melhorar para dar o máximo de pontuação: O tapete tinha algumas nódoas, o sofá precisa de limpeza (depois vi que se via nas fotos) e alguns armários de baixo também precisavam de uma limpeza assim como o forno.
