    Not a great experience for group staying expected at least basics like bathroom doors that close

    Location was great

    Maintenance needed improvements- living room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, both bathroom doors were impossible to close properly, the lock was broken on the lower bathroom, couldn’t get upper bathroom door closed to see if it locked! lamp not working, one of the showers didn’t drain and filled up and no one came to help. No washing up liquid provided. Place felt uncared for.

    Location was perfect, close to the bus stop into town and other areas.

    There was no dishwasher, even though the rules as you walk in instruct you to set the dishwasher when leaving. There were rugs in the hallway and living room, these were dark on dark carpet making it difficult to see the rucks. This made them a trip hazard. There was no dryer or any clothes airers to dry clothes. Shower and sinks were slow to drain and there was no blind in the top floor bathroom. One twin bed on the top floor was broken. Mattress was stained in the lower floor bedroom. Parking was difficult as it's a busy popular area.

    Lovely old house in need of TLC

    Its a lovely old house with some original features in a good location. Great outdoor seating area

    The smell in the kitchen upon arrival was a fishy old fat cooking smell that lingered the entire 4 days. The cooker was filthy with fat and grease down the doors. The runner mats on landings are dangerous trip hazardous. One of the beds was broken and no plug in the bathroom. Didnt think the owners communication was great. Despite this we did have a good time
